No complains at all, I greatly enjoyed the stay and would love to come back. All in all everything was perfect, had an EXCELLENT stay for a business trip. The breakfast was delightful with Amman-warm water and including made-to-order omelets, for example, perfect to start my day. The room was new-fashioned and well-organised, with smoke detectors and gates.

Liked our well decorated and well-equipped rooms in this place.

The hotel was ideal, EXCELLENT services provided, easy location in the centre. The room we had included a refrigerator, coffee/tea makers and a dining area. All the staff were delightfully helpful giving some tips about the city. Location: the venue was near to Galleria Mall and shops and center and Seven Roses.

I stayed for 4 nights in a Beautiful King Room that was clean. The location was ideal, just a short distance from various shops and restaurants. Daily complimentary water bottles and a comfortable bed.

The Beautiful King Room was comfy and clean, with a really decent size. The bed was super cozy, and I loved the strong shower pressure. Plus, they provided fresh bottles of water each day, a nice touch! Location was also great, with shops and restaurants nearby. The towels felt old and raggy, and the bathroom drainage was slow, so it flooded a bit when showering.

The staff showed amazing hospitality. My airport transfer was seamless as the driver waited patiently despite delays. The city view from my Beautiful King Room was fine and added to my stay.

The breakfast options felt somewhat limited.
